The project on automation of payroll calculation, personnel records and asset management is executed in 2006.
In implementation process of the project which took 1 calendar month (the standard industry solution for banks practically without additional settings is implemented), consultants of KOMPAS company performed the following works:
- Import of a personnel card file and data on charges for the previous reporting period in the ERP system DB "COMPASS" from the used earlier software tools;
- Setup of codes of charges and deduction of the salary for an individual payment system of the Customer;
- Setup of personnel document flow for individual requirements of the Customer;
- Adaptation of procedures of work with the staff list to requirements of the Customer;
- Import of inventory cards of fixed assets to the ERP system DB "COMPASS" from the used earlier software tools;
- Setup of access rights and configuration of jobs.
