On April 6, 2016 the 1C-Rarus company announced completion of implementation of software "the Alpha Car: Car service + Auto parts" in VRS LLC.
Project Progress
Automation of accounting in VRS LLC company is executed by implementation of the software configuration "the Alpha Car: Car service + Auto parts" from structure of the programs "1C:Enterprise 8".
The software product supports functions:
- Goods receipt, return of goods to the supplier, the order of goods at the supplier, correction of deliveries.
- Automatic distribution and reservation of receipts by orders of buyers.
- Revaluation of a commodity remaining balance, inventory of warehouses, movement and goods write-off, regrading.
- Wholesale and retail sales of goods (rendering services), return of goods from the buyer. A design of retail sales using fiscal registrars and printers of checks, execution of the procedural reporting.
- Operations on execution of requests for car repairs, execution of orders and control of their accomplishment.
- Pricing for autoworks on classes of cars and to normochasa. Separate flexible system of discounts for goods and autoworks. Possibility of separate approval of cost of normochas for different customers and classes of cars.
- Printing of payment orders, accounting of cash flow in cash desks and on checking accounts, a design receipt and cash payment orders.
- Merchandising, settlement with partners, cash flow, income and expenses, managerial balance, the analysis of sales, the regulated reporting, accounting of repair and history of cars, accounting of development of contractors of autoworks, planning of loading of repair zones, the analytical reporting (ABC and XYZ the analysis).
