With special attentiveness heads treat also conducting internal accounting. The enterprise always hands over in time the reporting in regulatory authorities and pays taxes. In this article it will be a question of optimum built accounting system for the large market.


In 2002 the Central market began to keep account in the 1C: Integrated Automation 7.7 program. Then the unified information system became rescue from routine work with papers and permanent error correction. According to changes in the legislation the program was regularly finished and acquired new functionality. At first specialists of the market supported it independently, but soon made the decision to address 1C integrator - GENDALF company.

Later began cooperation of the Central market with GENDALF Group according to the Federal law of December 30, 2006 No. 271-FZ accounting of the tenants allocated to them places, sellers and revenue was organized. The new functionality allowed to automate the conclusion of one-day agreements, to print necessary documents for conducting trade. Accountant officers could analyze data both for internal accounting, and for the reporting in regulatory authorities. However declarations on the VAT and the declaration on profit continued to come down manually. This in itself took a lot of time and if suddenly somewhere there was an introduced error, it was necessary to recalculate and rewrite a set of sheets.

In 2011 when many apprehended emergence of the version of the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform as the next headache. Then "1C: Integrated Automation 8" and "1C: Payroll and the personnel 8" were set. Programs were revised under needs of the organization. For example, fixed asset accounting on letters, accounting of insurance of fixed assets, the special mechanism of signing of the contracts with tenants and document creations on lease, a large number of printed forms and reports is implemented. But accounting of income tax which was practically not considered in "1C: Integrated Automation 7.7" because of the mixed system of taxation (UIIT and OSNO) at the enterprise became the main advantage.

In general accounting in the Central market rather difficult: it is conducted on several types of activity, including production and catering establishment, not to mention a large number of rent places. And calculation of income tax using PBU 18/02, with the huge park of fixed assets (more than 3,500), accounting of reserves of holidays and doubtful debts, social actions and charitable actions means permanent application of temporary differences. Now all necessary actions, recalculations and reports are executed in the program automatically that saves time of accountant officers and many times reduces number of errors.

Project Results

In 2016 accounting of the Central market closed annual accounts, underwent annual audit, income tax, property, the VAT were calculated. But ahead still such important tasks as development of reports for receiving an investment privilege and transition to the new platform of auxiliary divisions. The market will also cope with these tasks with a bang.
