In I.S. Turgenev's memorial estate Spasskoye-Lutovinovo accounting documents are scanned

In the State memorial and natural memorial estate of I.S. Turgenev Spasskoye-Lutovinovo accounting documents are scanned.

Seventy unique documents – arrivals books of the museum, were transferred to an electronic form by specialists of ELAR corporation. According to representatives of memorial estate, these books are kept with the moment of foundation of organization, i.e. since 1921. In these documents information on items of the collection which completely consists of the original things which were earlier belonging to I.S. Turgenev's ancestors and him personally was entered. Scanning of arrivals books was carried out for preserving of originals of documents and optimization of work of staff of the museum.

Accounting documents were transferred to an electronic form on safe for sources and the scanner of the ELAR Planskan brand of series "C" providing high quality of digital copies. Upon completion of works the museum received two electronic copies of a resource on hard drives – archive and working.
