The Siberian Federal University had an opportunity of use of the electronic signature

The company Open Technologies, the Russian system integrator, and FGAOOU WAUGH announced Siberian Federal University in April, 2016 project completion of creation of Certification center for use of mechanisms of the electronic signature. Existence of the Center made possible not only use of the EDS in educational institution, but also considerably optimized process of document flow in university.

Need for the organization of own Certification center providing lifecycle of keys of the electronic signature arose at the university in connection with the plan of the guide to transition to electronic document management which would reduce time and finance costs by conducting paper document flow.

Project implementation assumed issue to each teacher of the individual electronic device with the written key of the electronic signature using which he can sign sheets and other electronic documents.

Specialists of the company Open Technologies performed works on design, delivery, installation and a commissioning of Certification center in structural division of the university – Institute of space and information technologies (IKIT).

For ensuring legally significant document flow and compliance to the legislation of the Russian Federation works were performed strictly according to requirements of Federal law No. 63-FZ "About the electronic signature" and the Order of FSB of the Russian Federation No. 796 "About the approval of Requirements to digital signature facilities and Requirements to means of certification center". The solution was implemented on domestic goods - VipNet "Certification center", Rutoken by the EDS and Aquarius.

Now all documents of institute signed with electronic signatures are recognized as the electronic document, equivalent to the paper document signed with the sign manual. The release and support of certificates of keys of the electronic signature is made according to requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
