Biography

In 1992 graduated from NITU -MISIS (the former National University of Science and Technology), in 2007 - the Stockholm school of economy.

One of founders of UCS company (Universal Complex Systems). In 1992-1997 worked in it as the director of the accounting systems, being responsible, mainly, for accounting automation[1].

In 1997-1998 - the head of software development in Derzhava bank.

From 1998 to August, 2007 - the senior manager in Accenture Russia. In 2000-2004 managed programs of Accenture in Alfa-Bank. Since 2007 directed banking practice in Accenture Russia.

2014: Work in Sberbank

In 2014 Philip Mayzenberg was appointed the senior managing director of the IT block of Sberbank. In this position he supervised CIO office into which Chief information officers of the business directions of bank entered (retail, corporate, administrative, etc.).

Mayzenberg took this position after the IT block was left by Victor Orlovsky directing it for six years.

Since 2015 in parallel with Mayzenberg also Mikhail Hasin began to take a position of the senior managing director of the Technologies block of Sberbank.

When and what position Philip Mayzenberg in the summer of 2017 left Sberbank, in bank could not tell TAdvser.

2017: Transition to work to Rosgosstrakh

At the beginning of August, 2017 in Rosgosstrakh told TAdviser about Philip Mayzenberg's appointment to a position of the managing director. In a zone of its responsibility there are a department of information technologies, operations department, management of information security and the Center of projects.

It is a new position in the company, explained TAdviser in Rosgosstrakh. According to representatives of the company, Philip Mayzenberg and his command should solve a number of problems of development of technologies and to increase in business performance of Rosgosstrakh, providing an operational output to the market of digital products and services.

In addition to Philip Mayzenberg, the management team of Rosgosstrakh in 2017 was updated also by some other professionals. Among them - the new managing director supervising questions on settlement of losses, the new chief financial officer and the HR director. It occurred after at the end of May, 2017 Nikolaus Frei was appointed the chief executive officer of Rosgosstrakh.

In 2017 Rosgosstrakh started implementation of the comprehensive program which includes business upgrade, improvement of a management structure, technology development and implementation of the innovative solutions and also crisis response measures in the CMTPL. Within this work we strengthen a command. It occurs both due to promotion of our best employees, and at the expense of the invitation of professionals from the market, - the Finmarket portal cites words of the chief executive officer of Rosgosstrakh Nikolaus Frei.[2]
