Facebook (Panasonic freeze-ray СХД)

In January, 2016 the Panasonic corporation together with Facebook company implemented in DPCs of the largest world social network the solution freeze-ray of the 1st generation on 100-gigabyte Blu-Ray disks. Facebook also considers the possibility of installation of libraries of the second generation based on the 300-gigabyte disks Archival Disc later this year. Further cooperation of the companies can lead to emergence of data libraries with disks of high density with a capacity of 500 GB and 1 TB for data storage with a capacity of tens petabyte.
