Brunel replaced SAP with "E1 Euphrates"

The Russian branch of the international company Brunel selected an electronic document management system and business process automation "E1 Euphrates" from Cognitive Technologies company for optimization of internal workflows.

The international corporation Brunel works in the field of consulting and personnel recruitment for the companies of an oil and gas sector. Brunel is provided by 92 offices in 34 countries of the world. The company was founded in 1975, today in it more than 10 thousand people worldwide, including in Belgium, Germany, Canada, the Netherlands, Russia and Kazakhstan work.

Before implementation "Euphrates" the staff of the Russian office Brunel used E1 the solution of the European developer — SAP companies. However during operation the company faced problems of considerable time expenditure and human resources for mastering of software and also insufficient efficiency of process of document flow and approval of documents. As result, the staff of Brunel began search of the alternative solution in the market of electronic document management systems and, eventually, selected the Russian product "E1 Euphrates", told in Cognitive Technologies.

According to the Cognitive Technologies project manager Andrey Burenkov, "the module of approval of agreements of SAP did not allow the customer to carry out real approvals of agreements in a foreground mode. Therefore it was forced to use the alternative solution having high high-speed performance than and there was 'E1 Euphrates'". Today the customer uses "E1 Euphrates" for review documents and then unloads negotiation documents in SAP which existence requires the corporate standard, he explained.

"The customer paid the attention to high-speed performance 'E1 Euphrates'. It allowed to make process of approval of documents and all document flow more simply and quicker — Andrey Burenkov continued. — As a result of implementation the production discipline and efficiency of key business processes grew". Among features "E1 Euphrates" it called simplicity of system implementation forces of one system administrator, the intuitive and clear interface which is not requiring additional training of employees unlike competitive solutions.
