The biometric terminal transfers data on time of arrivals and goings to the BioTime server where on the basis of these data various reports automatically are under construction. They form on the company in general, on divisions or the specific employee; 17 ready reports can be supplemented with any own report forms easily.

Accounting acts as main "consumer" of reports of BioTime that is caused by several reasons:

• biometric technologies provide reliability of a time recording that, in turn, guarantees fair payroll in strict accordance with a number of hours, worked each employee;
• BioTime is completely integrated with the 1C Platform. In particular, from 1C the information about employees (a full name, a position, department, an employee ID, etc.) is automatically imported, and from BioTime data on a time recording are automatically exported to 1C;
• from reports with ease information on delay is taken. This information is available to receiving and other methods — for example, using automatic daily mailing by e-mail of reports on the one which of employees is present on site at the beginning of the working day (we will tell, at nine in the morning).
