TFCMI of Murmansk region works in the single database Parus Budget

The project implemented by the partner "PARUS Corporations – IT Consulting LLC, provided an opportunity for work in the single database of specialists of accounting, personnel and settlement departments of TFCMI of Murmansk region.

Prior to the beginning of the project separate databases for accounting and payroll were used, personnel records were not automated. When choosing the IT platform TFCMI imposed requirements to power, ergonomics and fault tolerance of the software. As a result a choice was made for benefit of the PARUS-the Budget 8 system.

System implementation allowed to increase efficiency of financial and economic activity of fund. In particular, labor costs on processing of primary documents, including at the expense of an exception of duplication of data entry and implementation of their processing in a common information space decreased.
