Content

On September 15, 2016 the Softline company announced project completion on creation of Business Process Management Suite for "Electronic marketplace of Gazprombank".

Project Tasks

Developing the platform and increasing competitive advantages, the information system for automation of the main business processes, creation of a common information space was required for the customer. The partner in the project selected Softline company.

Project Progress

Specialists of Softline offered the customer system implementation of ELMA BPM.

During the project specialists of integrator and developer - ELMA, carried out the analysis of business processes of the customer, developed the scheme of implementation of the software product. Defined roles of users of a system, a zone of functional responsibility of personnel.

Project Results

50 jobs of employees are automated "Electronic marketplace of Gazprombank", basic processes in modules customer relationship managements document flow, are adjusted by projects (CRM ECM and PRJ), the systems of management accounting and reminders are customized, the main stages of customer service are implemented.

System implementation of ELMA BPM allowed us to automate business process management that provided coordination of work of specialists of different divisions and reduced time of acceptance of management decisions.

The organizations should deal with large volumes of information arriving from different sources. The Russian ELMA BPM system allowed employees of the customer to make transparent any joint activity, to simplify corporate interaction and most flexibly to organize workflow.
