On May 17, 2016 the NORBIT company announced completion of implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 in the Russian media company ivi.
Project Tasks
Due to growth of the company the management came to need of business process optimization for further business development. Some of the most priority components of strategy of ivi company became – effective process automation of sales and marketing. In the task list, requiring the solution, were – preserving of data on customer relations, activation of big base of clients, pricing process automation, effective preparation of the summary reporting to the management and others. Besides, the company needed high high-speed performance of a system for increase in the general productivity of a company performance.
Project Progress
At the beginning of works the platform was unrolled and joint seminars on setup of a system are held.
Specialists of NORBIT within the implemented module "Customer base" configured cards of contacts and the organizations which allow to store, modify all necessary data on clients. Also there was an opportunity to set interrelations and to store the history of relationship.
Within the module "Sales" cards which allow to get in the system of potential clients are configured and to qualify them in possible transactions. Regarding the Marketing block the Campaigns and Marketing Lists cards are configured. Besides, additional reference books which contain information necessary for filling of cards of clients are implemented. Also, specialists of NORBIT configured monitoring panels which visualize data on the customer base and a funnel of sales that allows to do the evident reporting.
The focus group of the customer with the purpose to optimize the interface and a part of functionality under wishes of end users took part in project completion. After completion of works training of specialists of ivi company is provided. At the moment the staff of sales department conducts the activity (accounting of activities on customer relation, the management reporting for the head, maintaining orders) in a new system. According to the results of works instructions are prepared and system user training is provided. About 30 automated jobs are created.
Project Results
A system reduced time for introduction of information on activities of managers concerning clients and also on starting requests for carrying out promotion companies.
One of the main advantages of the implemented system — convenient access to the structured center for storage of all data on the current and potential clients and also communications with them. Besides, the solution allowed to plan customer interaction, to estimate their efficiency and if necessary to introduce amendments.
In the conditions of dynamically emerging market management of our company looked for the solution which would help to automate sales processes and marketing. When choosing the platform preference was given to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 system which was implemented by NORBIT company. Specialists of NORBIT considered all individual requirements of our business. Using this solution we expect to build business processes which will contribute to the development of our media company and achievement of the planned results up to standard.
