2017: Integration module

On April 18, 2017 the Tekhnokom LLC company announced development of the module of integration of the equipment AUTOGRAPH, joint with Reasonable Solutions company, into an intelligent system of management of Smart Trucks of transportations.

Data of monitoring of transport are for Smart Trucks the main source to information on work of vehicles in the course of execution of the order.

2016: Smart Trucks

The Smart Trucks system is intended for adaptive multicriteria planning of requests and resources of the company in real time, including such criteria as satisfaction of terms of requests, minimization of a run, the got profit, loading of the driver, etc.

Smart Trucks allows to perform calculation of microeconomics of each trip in real time and also to carry out the detailed analysis of cost value of a krugoreys. Thus, became possible to define the profitable and unprofitable directions. In the unprofitable directions a system makes recommendations about increase in a rate for ensuring their profitability.

Besides, thanks to a system the transparency of operation of transport increases: a system helps to create the sheet of work of vehicle fleet taking into account the emergency and scheduled maintenance and automatically considers unavailability of this motor transport to planning of orders; provides control of a planned and actual run and idle time, noted in "Reasonable solutions". Strong discrepancy of planned and actual cost of a krugoreys gives a signal to managers to more fixed control of this direction or check of run on which there was a discrepancy, for acceptance of timely management decisions.

A system consists of the automated jobs (AJ): "The automated workplace of the logistician" — purpose of orders for resources, search of the return orders for increase in profitability of transportation, planned cost calculation of a krugoreys; "The automated workplace of the economist" — calculation of actual cost upon a krugoreys, identification of the unprofitable directions and transfer to "the automated workplace of the logistician" of recommendations about increase in a rate on this direction for ensuring its profitability; "The automated workplace of the manager" — control of motor transport on a route and timeliness of accomplishment of requests, adjustment of the plan in real time at emergence of new events, formation of the sheet of work of vehicle fleet, control planned and actual a run and idle time, support of interaction with drivers through mobile application (the facts of loading, unloading, parking, the notification about unforeseen events; the relevant list of orders, routes and the schedule, photographic materials of documents or events on a route).

The Smart Trucks system is integrated with an accounting accounting system of the customer from which takes data for calculation of actual cost of a krugoreys.
