The BOSS. Personnel systems company completed in the spring of 2016 the project on implementation of the software module created based on the BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER system and intended for testing and personel assessment in IT company - the Russian system integrator.
The system of personel assessment in the company was developed long ago and constantly develops, however the special tool allowing to perform in the single interface personel assessment of divisions of any number using different methods and to receive versatile analytics, till today was not. The first complex assessment of employees using a new solution was carried out in IT in the spring of 2016.

During the project specialists of BOSS. Personnel systems company finished a software module of testing and personel assessment of the BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER HRM system, taking into account all features of methodology and approaches to assessment admitted to IT.
With implementation of this solution Management on work with personnel of IT company received the tool which allows to carry out in the single interface all evaluation stages, including creation and improvement of models of competences or other estimated tools, planning and holding estimated procedures, processing and the analysis of data retrieveds and also decision making on their basis.
The system of personel assessment allows to increase quality of the made management decisions connected with identification of a talent pool and the high-potential employees, succession planning, professional development and career development and also motivation and increase in productivity.
Software module "Testing and personel assessment" gives the chance to carry out mass assessment procedures in short terms, to reduce labor costs by collecting and data processing, to build different analytical reports according to the results of assessment. It allows to hold also events for personel assessment by different methods: "360 degrees", poll, testing and others. The system interface is executed on the basis of web technologies using HTML+CSS+JavaScript. The solution includes the automated workplace (AW) of the system administrator (human resources manager) and an automated workplace of the employee.
