On May 26, 2016 the 1C-Rarus company reported^[1] about automation of work of the TD "Motors" automobile center, using the solution "Альфа-Авто:Автосалон+Автосервис+Автозапчасти".

In a system all course of the transaction with the client on purchase of the car is controlled, beginning from the choice of the pleasant model and before signing of documents. A system fixes the amount and date of introduction of means, quickly informs the manager on fast receipt of the car in salon that allows to contact instantly the client and without delays to transfer the purchased car, told in the company.

In the program the uniform card file of vehicles is conducted, search of clients is easily performed by the VIN code, number of the car or the Full Name. In the single database all history of addresses of each client remains: who addressed when on what question, who and as solved a problem of the client and other important information.

The solution "Альфа-Авто:Автосалон+Автосервис+Автозапчасти" supports at the same time several price lists of suppliers and prohibits sales of goods below cost. A system traces an order status of spare parts and at once notifies the manager on their receipt. Individual approach is provided to each client of the company now.
