Content

In June, 2016 announced RT-Inform the beginning of the project on creation of an enterprise management system in Kalugapribor (enters into Avtomatika concern), which will allow to create a common information space of the large enterprise specializing in production of the modern radio-electronic equipment, means of telecommunications and rendering services in work in the field of data protection. All works will be carried out by the center of IT competence of RT-Inform based on software products of 1C.

Prerequisites

RT-Inform told TAdviser that Kalugapribor works at the autographic developed systems. The decision on migration is connected with the fact that the current systems became outdated and to support them it is expensive and difficult to become. Also the management wants to see business processes of the enterprise in more transparent type, added to the companies.

Project Tasks

The general project budget makes about 30 million rubles, data brought TAdviser into RT-Inform. It provides creation of the integrated information system which should promote performance improvement of work of employees and optimization of enterprise management due to automation of managerial, accounting and tax accounting, creation of the reliable and multicomponent instrument of operational management and accounting of business activities of the enterprise.

Project Progress

The following blocks enter functional limits of the project: personnel records, payroll, an inventory control and management of inventory, maintaining the documents reflecting the actual data necessary for cost accounting and delivery of the regulated reporting, informatization of a number of production processes.

Transition of the enterprise to a new system is going to be carried out in three steps during the period from 2016 to 2018. At the first stage creation of a data processing center for placement of an information system based on "1C ERP 2", the KORP level which will provide availability in real time and high quality of information, relevant for all divisions, is provided. Representatives of RT-Inform explained TAdviser that the new data center is necessary because old will not cope with data processing volume.

The general information space will allow to perform standardization of processes that promotes the best interaction between the divisions separated by function. RT-Inform told TAdviser that upon completion of the first stage of the project in a system more than 200 users will work.

At the second stage it is going to start corporate document flow on the 1C: Document Flow 8 CORP platform which will allow to increase effective management of the organization due to reduction of time of document handling, decrease in labor costs on supplies, creations of the centralized structured electronic storage of documents. Creation of a single system of management of NSI will allow not only to integrate subjects of the normative reference information, to classify and unify them, but also to provide integration of the information systems used in the company at the object level of NSI.

Implementation of the ERP system providing control of the course of all production process will become the next step in project implementation. A system will allow to regulate effectively processes of management of financial and economic activity and formations of the financial statements conforming to accounting standards, to keep the detailed cost accounting, will provide communication of management accounting with operational and accounting. At this stage integration with CAD, PDM and other enterprise information systems will be made that Kalugapribor will allow to complete the formation of a common information space.

implementation Results

On August 8, 2017 RT-Inform (Competence Center in the field of IT and cybersecurity of Rostec state corporation) announced project completion on creation of an electronic document management system of Kalugapribor. Automation of office-work of the enterprise promotes further optimization of business process management of the organization of Rostec.

Before a project team there was an effective objective to reduce time and material costs on management of documentation and records on paper carriers of the enterprise, to optimize work of employees with the normative reference information. Specialists of RT-Inform should create the connected and transparent document flow, to automate huge flows of the entering and outgoing correspondence.

As noted, as a result of project implementation based on the 1C: Document Flow platform the electronic document management system creating a common information space for all organization was unrolled. EDMS allowed to reduce the amount of "paper" copying of documents in the course of consideration, to increase quality of work of all participants of process — both at the level of personal activity, and at the level of organizational divisions.

As of August 8, 2017, in EDMS of Kalugapribor registration of any document types, execution of instructions is performed, there is an approval of documentation, reference books are supported and kept. Additional functions of purchases, contract managements, collecting and updating of forecast data on cash flow, implementation of payments are implemented.
