Representatives of Sberbank told in June, 2016 about work with client analytics. How the solution SAS Marketing Optimization is used for the choice of the best offer for each client on the multimillion customer base, Georgy Klimov told. Anna Pashkevich devoted the performance to opportunities of individual approach during the work as about tens of millions of participants of the loyalty program of "Thanks from Sberbank". The huge audience of clients – 20 million participants, i.e. 25% of economically active population of the country became the main call. Thanks to solutions of SAS which allow to create individual offers for clients within the marketing campaigns increase in turnover of purchases in a number of categories grew more than by a third (fast food – up to 42%, clothes and footwear – up to 35%, digital equipment and electronics – up to 37%, etc.). At the same time increase in a flow of buyers in different categories reached from 15 to 32%.
