Biography

Sergey was born on December 30, 1970 in Moscow.

Served compulsory military service in frontier troops.

The higher economic education - graduated from economics department of Institute of Professional evaluation.

Worked in the different commercial and state organizations.

In 2005 Sergey Fateev became the initiator of creation of Mestnye youth movement.

In December, 2005 at a constituent congress of the Movement of young political ecologists of Moscow area it is elected the chairman of the board of the Movement.

Since March 11, 2007 worked as the deputy of the Moscow region duma, the member of the committee on education, culture, sport, to affairs of youth and tourism. Consisted in United Russia fraction.

Business activity

On June 8, 2016 it became known of Sergey Fateev's participation in activity of online retailer "Ulmart", as the shareholder^[1].

Earlier was considered that 60% of Ulmart belong to Augustus Meyer and Dmitry Kostygin, and the remained shares are distributed between Alexey Nikitin and Mikhail Vasinkevich (the expected transaction on sale of 20% of Alexey Nikitin is not closed yet).

However 6 years Sergey Fateev acts as one more co-owner of the company — the shareholder he became shortly after Dmitry Kostygin sold the share in Tape. According to Dmitry Kostygin, Sergey Fateev participates in the most different projects. In what companies and what share Fateev owns, Kostygin did not begin to comment.
