Biography

Vasily was born in 1974, in Leningrad.

In 1997 Vasily graduated from the State Technical university of St. Petersburg.

In 2004 graduated from the State University of Telecommunications in St. Petersburg.

For 2002 it the expert of group of market research in "Northwest GSM".

In 2003 worked as the senior commercial representative on work with corporate clients of division of JSC MegaFon Moscow company.

In 2004 Vasily worked as the director of advance planning and development in the Moscow Center of new technologies of telecommunications.

From 2004 to 2008 worked as the commercial director and the head of department of marketing and development in Rostelecom.

In 2008 received a position in Sky Link Ltd as the acting as the commercial director of JSC MCC ("Sky Link – Moscow").

At the end of 2008 received a position of the CEO of Sky Link — Kaluga company.
