"Energy industry Bidding" implemented functionality of the conclusion of the electronic agreement

On June 15, 2016 it became known of end of the next cycle of the project on automation of the electronic trading system – ETP TEK-Torg Ltd. System implementation of control automation by the enterprises and purchasing processes was executed by Cognitive Technologies Cognitive Technologies company^[1].

The main objective of the prepared solution – to structure and automate all range of the business processes connected with placement of trade procurement procedures of the enterprise and also to centralize control of purchases of subsidiary companies of the customer. Rosneft gas Station, (2014)

A system on the platform of corporate solution CognitiveLot helps to conduct a complex of competitive trade procurement procedures. Procedures of purchases for the enterprises on TEK-Torg Ltd electronic marketplace help to reduce the prices of the purchased products, goods and services to 18 – 20%. At each procurement cycle integration into the official all-Russian portal of the unified information system in the field of purchases (EIS) is configured.

Trial operation of a system is begun on December 30, 2014.

Users of a system: purchasing divisions of the Rosneft oil company and its subsidiaries. For June 14, 2016 in the unified purchasing system 9 thousand organizations, from them organizers of biddings - 82 legal entities are registered.

Project Development

On January 11, 2017 the Cognitive Technologies company announced implementation of functionality of signing of the contracts electronically on TEK-Torg (ETP) marketplace.

The result of implementation allows Rosneft to sign agreements electronically^[2].

The developed functionality of the electronic agreement is integrated with an internal corporate information system of Rosneft. The end result of the project is the agreement signed by the parties on ETP which is legally significant and completely conforms to standards of Rosneft. At the same time use of the expanded electronic signature allows to show the agreement in electronic form in tax authorities, judicial authorities.

System implementation allows the customer, participants of trade procedures to lower labor costs on processing of documentation at signing of the contracts.

The functionality of the electronic agreement increased efficiency at approval and agreement signature, minimized risks of a human factor.

Practically according to all large projects implemented by our company recently we gain new development. The project executed by us for PJSC Rosneft is next to that confirmation.
