Uniform purse (THESIS)

The THESIS system is implemented in NKO LLC Uniform Cash desk which is operator of a modern system of cashless payments Wallet One in Russia.

The NKO LLC company Uniform Cash desk operates with the international payment online service of Wallet One in the territory of the Russian Federation. The Wallet One system is a service of payment acceptance for online stores. Supports "A uniform purse", Ukash, Z-Payment, RBK Money, MoneyMail, bank cards, payment through Russian Post, money transfer systems of CONTACT and Unistream, payment terminals of Russia, Kazakhstan and Ukraine. More than 7 million clients use services of service.

In April, 2014 representatives of the company decided to carry out a pilot project on document flow system implementation to the companies. Support work with documents and agreements, minor - support of electronic archive, office and control of performing discipline was the main requirement to future system.

The company was going to select EDMS and to unroll it in the test mode to estimate its opportunities and convenience of work in a system. In case of a project success a system was going to be unrolled for all Russian division of Wallet One, including remote offices. More than 150 employees needing electronic document management are employed in NKO LLC Uniform Cash desk.

After the analysis of the solutions presented at the domestic market the Customer stopped the choice on Expanded edition of the THESIS system. The system implementation project, including the choice, testing and implementation, proceeded over a year. A system was implemented by efforts of the Customer and finally turned into commercial operation in 2016.

The Customer also undertook all works on development of a system. One of advantages of the THESIS system is the possibility of its independent development (setup and modification) using designers without attraction of financial resources of programming. Besides, a system is transferred to the Customer together with well documented source code that allows to modify and create deeply new functionality of a system without resorting to the help from specialists of vendor.
