During the project the following works were performed:

• Examination of activity of all branches is conducted, the report on inspection based on which the engineering design on completion and implementation of an information system is developed is made;
• According to the engineering design completion of an automated system according to features of business processes of JSC IDGC of the North Caucasus is carried out;
• Purchase of the software according to requirements is carried out;
• Training at the territory of each Branch of separate groups on previously made and approved training program is provided; Implementation "1C:Enterprise 8. Power. Management

the distribution grid company" allowed to solve the following problems:

• Obtaining reports for contrastive analysis of an expense of the electric power on different sources in comparison with the previous settlement period;
• Storage of history of indications and replacement of PU;
• Calculation of indications for average daily consumption or consumption of same reporting period of last year, for the standard;
• Input of volumes of a useful holiday according to acts of non-accounting consumption;
• Determination of volumes of the released electric power taking into account the volume of losses;
• maintaining network topology;
• Measure calculation of electric power distribution and power;
• Calculation of values of revenue, costs and other indicators of power and for services of transportation of the electric power;
• Monitoring of distribution and consumption of energy resources for objects of the electric networks, the network organizations and consumers;
• Report generation about the drawn-up statements of non-accounting consumption in net electricity supply;

Description

Before implementation of this solution the client had no single system of accounting of rendering of services on electric power transmission. With respect thereto it was necessary to provide interaction of the head center with 4 branches: Kabardino-Balkarian, Karachay-Cherkess, North Ossetian branches and Stavropolyenergo branch. As a result of implementation operational and effective accounting of services in electric power transmission was provided.
