The AIS Archive in Sevastola

ELAR corporation implemented in Archive of the city of Sevastopol automated information system Archive (AIS Archive). A system will allow to automate basic processes of organization according to normative and methodical documents in the field of archiving: completing, accounting, storage and use of documents of Archive fund of the Russian Federation.

Gradually especially valuable, unique and most demanded documents will be withdrawn from circulation, and will provide to users their electronic copies. This measure should ensure safety of originals. Citizens and the organizations will feel changes in work of organization and that their queries will be solved in shorter terms. In particular, the module of the AIS Archive "Accounting of Acceptance and Execution of Requests" will allow to attach in a system to a card of a user query an electronic image of the address, the archive reference, the statement or the copy; to automatically inform the applicant on change of the status of a request.
