According to various estimates, there are about two thousand monuments, many museums and cultural heritage sites on the territory of Sevastopol. New locations are created annually. In Sevastopol, the implementation of the project to create the first technopark in the field of information technology at the end of October 2022 continues. To organize a comprehensive improvement of the IT Technopark, an increase in the territory and reconstruction of the road network are necessary. The corresponding decision was approved at a meeting of the city government.

The project also provides for the reconstruction of inter-quarter driveways and the construction of new ones, the organization of parking spaces and an increase in the green zone of the complex adjacent to Rudneva Street.
