18.7 million rubles to solve the problems of ensuring information security of critical infrastructure and socially significant IP
At the end of July 2022, the Sevastopol authorities will allocate 18.7 million rubles to solve priority tasks to ensure the information security of critical infrastructure and socially significant information systems. The decision to allocate additional funding was made at a meeting of the regional government on July 21, 2022.
The need for additional protection measures, according to her, is due to a multiple increase in the number of attacks and incidents on information security, as well as the need to ensure the protection of personal data of residents of the city.

In 2021, according to the results of the rating of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in the field of digital transformation, formed in the knowledge base of the RANEPA, Sevastopol took 10th place.
To create a single information space for all participants - organizations and services working to prevent, detect and eliminate the consequences of accidents, incidents, incidents that pose a threat to the life and health of citizens and urban infrastructure facilities - in May 2021, the Safe City hardware and software complex (APK BG) was put into trial operation in Sevastopol.
In Sevastopol, a regional IT system in the field of education was launched, which combined the schedule of classes, electronic journals and diaries, plans and lessons, school sites and various sites. By June 2022, 64 schools and 10 colleges (all educational institutions of the city) are connected to the system, more than 50 thousand schoolchildren and 30 thousand parents, 3.5 thousand teachers work in it, a mobile application operates.

To support small and medium-sized businesses in a remote format, the Department of Digital Development has introduced an automated information system for electronic interaction between business and the authorities of the city of Sevastopol. All documents on the implemented support measures were accepted electronically using the new system.
To provide social support to residents of Sevastopol, an automated information system "Social Support of the Population" has been launched. In 2021, the Department of Digital Development of Sevastopol ensured the transfer of 66 mass socially significant services into electronic form to the State Public services portal.[3]
