For accounting of internal document flow of the company by the management the decision on purchase of the specialized software product was made. In a market analysis result a choice was made for benefit of a product on the modern platform "1C: Enterprise 8.2" – "1C: Document Flow 8 PROF" as optimal price relation and functionality of a system.

The qualified consultations on the choice, installation, work and necessary settings to start a rayuota in software "1C: Document Flow 8 PROF" are rendered.

In the 1C: Document Flow 8 PROF system it is implemented:

  • Work with incoming documents, orders, orders, minutes of meetings;
  • Scanning of incoming letters in the format Tif, PDF is configured;
  • Maintaining electronic archive of documents with structure, to the corresponding workflow system accepted at the enterprise;
  • Numerators on document types are configured;
  • Access rights of users on the working groups are configured;
  • Document types are configured: entering, proceeding, orders, orders, memos;
  • Folder structure of internal documents is developed, access rights are configured;
  • Control of document revisions;
  • For incoming documents it is added a sex of several addressees;
  • Personal setup of user interfaces is made;
  • Printed forms of magazines of registration of correspondence.

Tasks are solved:

  • saving of time of employees;
  • achievement of transparency of accounting and control of documents;
  • acceleration of processes of office-work due to their automation;
  • time for accomplishment of routine transactions was reduced;
  • the quality of work of personnel increased.

A system is put into commercial operation. Maintenance is performed.

  • Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
  • Individual training at office of the customer
