For accounting of internal document flow of the company by the management the decision on purchase of the specialized software product was made. In a market analysis result a choice was made for benefit of a product on the modern platform "1C: Enterprise 8.2" – "1C: Document Flow 8 PROF", as on the product providing optimal price relation and functionality of a system.

The qualified consultations on the choice, installation, necessary settings to start conducting work in software "1C: Document Flow 8" are rendered. Data transfer from the previous automation systems was performed that significantly reduced time spent for mastering of the program.

In the 1C: Document Flow 8 PROF system used at the enterprise it is implemented:

  • Work with the entering and outgoing documents, orders, orders, minutes of meetings, memos, agreements, purchasing requests, requests for a business trip;
  • Scanning of incoming letters in the format tif, PDF;
  • The notification of users with obtaining notifications from responsible persons by e-mail and by means of Sms, incoming documents arrive to contractors at once in electronic form with the resolution of the head;
  • Maintaining electronic archive of documents with structure, to the corresponding workflow system accepted at the enterprise;
  • Folder structure of internal documents is developed;
  • Numerators on document types are configured;
  • Access rights of users on the working groups are configured.

Tasks are solved:

  • saving of time of employees;
  • achievement of transparency of accounting and control of documents;
  • acceleration of processes of office-work due to their automation;
  • the efficiency of different services of the company increased;
  • time for accomplishment of routine transactions was reduced;
  • the quality of work of personnel increased.

A system is put into commercial operation.

  • Integration with other systems based on 1C: Enterprise
  • Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
  • Data transfer from the previous automation systems
  • Individual training at office of the customer
