The customer set the following tasks for a system implementation project:
- Organization of work with documents in electronic form
- Help in creation of optimal business processing of documents
- Replacement of a part of paper document flow by electronic
- Connection to the system of interdepartmental document flow
- Optimization of record keeping at the enterprise
Availability of other software products of 1C (1C: Accounting 8, 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management, "1C: The salary and the personnel 8") and their successful application caused the choice of the 1C Document flow 8 PROF software product.
For solving of tasks and satisfaction of needs of the customer the following works were performed: By a methodical part:
- development of qualifiers,
- design of access rights,
- development of business processes of the enterprise (in connection with transition to electronic document management)
By a technology part:
- the short description of the automated processes,
- completion of the standard configuration "1C: Document Flow"
As a result of implementation the following functions were automated:
- automation of work of service of preschool educational institution
- acceleration of processes of approval of documents
- regulation of processing of internal documents
- there was a possibility of appointment and control of execution of instructions
- the general file storage is organized.
The enterprise received the modern automation system meeting the current requirements for functionality, performance and scalability.
The Following Tasks Were Performed:
- Consultations on the choice of the software and options of its maintenance
- Sale of the selected software products
- Delivery of software products in office of the customer
- Software installation on the customer's computers
- Methodical ensuring specific features of accounting and management in the automation system (the requirement to adaptation)
- Creation of interfaces and sets of user rights
- Technical implementation of specific features of accounting and management in the automation system (adaptation)
- Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
- Input of opening balances / the help when entering opening balances
- Individual training at office of the customer
