Amtel-Service, IT service company in Russia, ensures smooth operation of all IT infrastructure and user support of the Moscow office of the International Air Transport Association (IATA).
IATA is an association of airlines under which authority questions of the organization and regulation of the international air transport, development and regulation of application of the international aviarates and all aspects of a business activity of airlines are. IATA has two central offices – in Montreal and in Geneva and also a number of technical offices, including in Moscow. The association transferred functions of IT service of the Moscow branch to the external contractor - Amtel-Service, having provided the steady level of the received IT services and expense optimization on them.
Under the terms of the agreement AMTEL-SERVICE is responsible for complex support of jobs of employees, smooth operation of services of printing, copying and scanning of documents, operability of automatic telephone exchange, the local computer network, active network equipment and servers. The list of the main services includes consultations of employees of the customer, scheduled-preventive works, transfer and connection of new devices of network, fault recovery and coordination of repairs of the failed equipment.
In the agreement on the level of service (SLA) parameters of rendering services, including a response time for the request, time of solution, term of arrival of the specialist – in a case are recorded, is an issue it is impossible to resolve far off. Requests for service are accepted round the clock in the uniform dispatching center "AMTEL-SERVICE", works are performed according to the working schedule of office of the customer.
Within extra works the service partner makes repair and recovery of the equipment and also is attracted to implementation of other tasks of upgrade and operation of IT infrastructure. It is repaired on own production base at the hardware level that allows to recover the equipment in shorter terms.
