Daily the staff of Atrinity receives hundreds of services provided by internal and external providers for the solution of routine tasks – from the order of office supplies and business cards, before approval of agreements and rendering technical support. As fundamental basis for control automation service activity in Atrinity selected A3 platform. It succeeded the traditional scheme of the order of services in the manual mode which required considerable time expenditure and ceased to correspond to requirements of upcoming business.
The product family of A3, created by a command of Atrinity, has potential in the field of process automation of operation and service maintenance of the equipment, the engineering systems, IT infrastructures on industrial enterprises, objects of a commercial real estate and in multifunction complexes. The platform is scaled, supports integration with different information systems (1C CRM GIS monitoring, etc.) and also gives an opportunity for work through mobile application on devices under management iOS and Android.
Important components of service A3 platform for consumers are "shop of services" where each user can order necessary service and also the selected dispatching center giving technical support of 24/7 employees. A system is in a phase of active development and should provide as a result access for staff of Atrinity more than to 45 services provided by internal and external services. The platform is used for rendering services to the first stage (first line) which enter IT support of internal users, the organization of business trips, the order of business cards and instruments of feedback coupling for collecting of suggestions for improvement of business processes of the company.
