Atrinity is the business integrator in the market of ICT providing complex consulting services and IT solutions for increase in business performance of the Companies of clients including integration IT products of own development.

History

2019: Current status

According to base circuit.focus, Atrinity Consulting, Atrinity Labs and Atrinity Service were renamed into Asteros Consulting, Asteros Labs and "by Asteros Service" respectively. The last two legal persons continue the activity while Asteros Consulting since July, 2019 is in a liquidation stage. In July the Moscow arbitration court declared this company bankrupt, concerning it bankruptcy proceedings are begun.

In April, 2019, according to data circuit.focus, at all these companies was replaced the founder: instead of Power of Finance are registered as it Pip of Investments now.

2017: Change of the owner

Atrinity Consulting, Atrinity Labs and Atrinity Service since November-December, 2017 passed to the Power of Finance company belonging to the small Moscow bank "Derzhava" specializing in providing bank guarantees and transactions with securities.

The bank could not answer questions of TAdviser of the purposes of acquisition of Atrinity. One of top managers of Atrinity confirmed to TAdviser that the company is not affiliated with Asteros any more.

In 2016 three legal persons of Atrinity could receive revenue in the amount of 820 million rubles. Revenue of all Asteros group then made 21.4 billion rubles.

2015: Creation of the company

Atrinity was selected from group of Asteros in 2015. Asteros Consulting LLC companies, KABEST LLC, Asteros Service LLC, Asteros Labs LLC, Navigatsionnye sistemy-Service LLC were a part of Atrinity.

Among the main activities there is Atrinity:

• Management consulting, implementation of business applications and products of own development
• Complex services in the field of data protection
• Navigation and GIS
• An IT service and outsourcing of a functional complex of business challenges, including IT components

The efficiency and the guaranteed results of work at solving of tasks of any degree of complexity are based on synergy of project teams in spheres of management consulting, implementation of business applications, managements of IT services and information security and GIS.

In the field of management of IT services, specialists of Atrinity render a full range of services in strategic and technology consulting: ITSM is consulting, design and complex process automation of management of services and also services in technology consulting, design, implementation and upgrade of all-corporate infrastructure services, to management and monitoring of IT infrastructure. Different options of local and/or cloud placement of automation systems and objects of IT infrastructure are possible.

For the last 10 years the command implemented more than 30 projects and comprehensive programs in the large geographically distributed companies with a total quantity of users of the implemented systems more than 30,000 people.
