Atrinity was selected from group of Asteros in 2015. Asteros Consulting LLC companies, KABEST LLC, Asteros Service LLC, Asteros Labs LLC, Navigatsionnye sistemy-Service LLC were a part of Atrinity.

2013: The Asteros consolidates 100% of the stocks "Kabest"

For final formation "Asteros Information security" at the beginning of 2013 the parent company Asteros Ltd owning 85% of the stocks "KABESTA" redeemed the remained 15%, having brought, thus, the share to 100%.

At the same time the direction of physical security of objects was transferred to the control "Asteros Engineering and IT infrastructure", and the practician of IDM from Asteros Consulting was passed into "Asteros by Information security".

The Kabest company as a part of the Asteros group is engaged in creation and implementation of the integrated systems of complex security of objects and proposes unique solutions in project implementation of varying complexity and scale. Regular customers of the company are government, government, law enforcement and commercial structures, the enterprises and the organizations of the industry and defense industry.

2012: The first certificate in Russia on protection of personal data

The KABEST company of the first in Russia received the certificate on accreditation in the field of personal data (PDN) from Roskomnadzor. Personal accreditation as experts was obtained also by 10 employees of the company. Now attraction of "KABEST" as the expert in PDN will provide to customers additional confidence in proper execution of works on personal data protection.

Since 2012 Roskomnadzor enters practice of involvement of the separate organizations and specialists as experts when holding actions for supervision and control of observance of requirements of the legislation in the field of protection of PDN. "KABEST" became the first company which received the certificate on accreditation confirming a possibility of participation in checks as the expert organization. Besides, similar personal certificates received 10 employees.

Roskomnazdor confirms with the granted certificate that "KABEST" has necessary expert knowledge and skills for accomplishment of the following works:

• inspection and determination of level of security of the non-state information systems PDN used by the operator at implementation of the direct activity;
• conformity assessment of the used technical means of data protection;
• assessment of sufficiency and efficiency of the technical measures for security of PDN taken by the operator at their processing in non-state information systems PDN.
• carrying out the researches, examinations and investigations directed to establishment of cause and effect relationship of the revealed violation of mandatory requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of PDN.

Now, when holding test actions from Roskomnadzor, KABEST company and its employees can be involved as the experts, directly participating in determination of sufficiency and correctness of implementation in the field of protection of PDN and observance of requirements of the legislation.

2011

Acquisition of 75% of a share in the company of Peace sign

On February 8, 2011 it became known that "Kabest" purchased 75% of a share of the company of Peace sign, the providing service of information security for banks. Acquisition Peace signs will allow to expand the KABEST service portfolio for the organizations of the financial sector and to strengthen positions of the company in this market.

75% of a share of the company of Peace sign were redeemed by "KABEST" from "Dallas Nort United of Investments" (USA). Other 25% will remain in the property of the founder Peace signs Pavel Geniyevsky. By February, 2011 merger of companies is already complete. The team of experts Peace signs was included into staff of department of information security of KABEST company.

Attractive asset for acquisition of Peace sign became thanks to the strong examination in the field of conformity assessment of information security to requirements of standards of Bank of Russia and also consulting for implementation of an information protection standard in the industry of PCI DSS and PA-DSS payment systems. Deep understanding of specifics of banking activity and aspects of information security support in credit institutions allowed to rise Peace sign at sources of creation of community ABISS (community of users of standards of the Central Bank of Russian Federation) and to coordinate its activity. Also Peace sign possesses own certification center, rendering on its basis of service of production and key management of the electronic digital signature.

The certificate of Rosaviatsiya on the right to carry out the assessment of vulnerability of objects of transport infrastructure

In August, 2011 the Kabest company announced obtaining the right to carry out the assessment of vulnerability of objects of transport infrastructure, including objects of the aviation industry. The appropriate certificate was granted by Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviatsiya), says the company. Now customers of all Asteros group can receive a full range of services in security of objects. According to requirements of federal law No. 16-FZ "About transport security" certain objects of transport infrastructure should pass vulnerability assessment. It is necessary to define degree of protection of objects against potential threats and to develop actions plans on increase in their security. Only the organizations accredited by Rosaviatsiya can carry out the assessment, explained in "Kabest".

The company underwent accreditation on the basis of results of the expertize which is carried out by the commission of Rosaviatsiya. She confirmed not only the high level of qualification of employees of "Kabest", but also presence at the company of all necessary licenses for assessment of security of objects of transport infrastructure. Thanks to accreditation of "Kabest" can execute a full range of the works connected with vulnerability assessment procedure namely: detailed analysis of corporate documentation on security of an object and check of its compliance to requirements of the regulatory base; direct inspection of an object of transport infrastructure, studying of technical and technical characteristics; audit of the existing degree of security of an object and development of recommendations about the choice of necessary means and methods of protection of an object. As a result of the assessment which is carried out by "Kabest" the customer will be able to provide the conclusion in which the current status of an object will be reflected in Rosaviatsiya. The plan of ensuring transport security with the description of the measures necessary for achievement of the required security level, and the sequence of their implementation is also attached to the conclusion.

2010: Turnover of $28.4 million

On September 13, 2011 it was announced that the Asteros group headed the list of the largest players in the field of services of information security according to the analytical agency IDC. Turnover of group on this direction reached 28.4 million dollars, and the market share made 9.1%. The KABEST company specializes in structure of group in security. According to the research IDC Russia IT Security Services 2011-2015 Forecast and 2010 Vendor Shares the Russian market of services of the information security (IS) in 2010 made $312.22 million according to analysts, the market has the considerable potential for further development, and its gain in the subsequent five will be equal to 27.4% annually. The leader in the field of services in cybersecurity recognizes the Asteros group. Its market share made 9.1%, and total revenue reached 28.4 million dollars.

Traditionally as a part of the Asteros group the KABEST company is engaged in the direction of security.
