In Metallimpress Skype for Business is unrolled

In IT infrastructure of the customer the mail Microsoft Exchange system was unrolled, but for the organization of a full-fledged system of communications also the solution for audio-and video conference was required. As the partner in the project the Softline company which proposed the solution Skype for Business integrated with Microsoft Exchange was selected.

Due to the incompatibility of automatic telephone exchange with the offered system the gateway Audiocodes for providing a voice communication was picked up and delivered. At the first stage of the project engineers of Softline implemented the functionality which is not requiring existence of a media gateway, for example, instant messaging that users got used to use of a new solution and then, thanks to integration with telephony, was complemented with new features, such as audio-calls and video conferencing.
