On June 28, 2016 the company Haulmont announced implementation EDMS THESIS and workflow automation in the company Selectel.
Project Tasks
The functionality of an electronic document management system for ensuring work of 200 users was required for the customer.
Main objectives of automation of e-document flow:
- document registration and formation of documents in the register convenient for the subsequent search in tags;
- formation of a route of approval of a possibility of the subsequent control at what stage there is a document;
- text editing of the document in a system (changes, comments);
- approval of accounts;
- convenient informing users;
- business processes, automation of functions on algorithms;
- decomposition of tasks, appointment responsible, terms, control of accomplishment of assigned tasks, possibility of delegation.

EDMS THESIS it is unrolled and put in operation.
The solution THESIS is in addition purchased : Portal. In plans of the customer to use this solution for increase in convenience of informing users on current affairs and activity of the company.
