2021: Trace International Compliance Confirmation

On August 27, 2021, Integro Technologies announced that it had once again confirmed compliance with TRACE International standards, a Due Diligence global expert.

As part of the certification, TRACE accumulates all available data on the activities of the audited company, analyzes them for facts and risks of fraud, corruption, conflicts of interest and compliance of documented information with business realities. By results of audit of the checked company the certificate of TRACEcertification confirming transparency of its business activity is issued.

2017: Creation of the Inform Competence Center in Russia

On October 5, 2017 the Integro Technologies company declared signing of the contract with the German producer program obespecheniyainform Software specializing in optimization development of systems about opening of the Center of competences according to solutions of Inform of Russia.

According to the Director General of Integro Technolojiz Yuri Petrov, the goal of creating the center is, first of all, a deeper involvement of the vendor in the maintenance and development of projects among current customers, primarily in the civil aviation segment. In addition, the opening of the center will create a launch pad for the implementation of Inform solutions in Russia in global terms. In this case, the Competence Center serves as a kind of platform for implementing communications with companies from various sectors of the economy interested in optimizing business processes. In particular, interaction with the center will allow customers in Russia to successfully apply Inform solutions in the field of logistics at airports and terminals, said Yuri Petrov.

The three-year partnership between Inform Software and Integro Technology, during which a number of customer requirements were identified, prompted us to form an official technology consortium to create a competence center, "said Thomas Schmidt, head of Aviation at Inform Software. - It is important that the center located in Russia will allow Russian customers to get a full range of professional services for integrating Inform technologies, from pre-project business consulting to direct implementation and technical support.

As of October 2017, the competence center is preparing additional Inform Software modules for delivery to Aeroflot PJSC. In 2018, it is planned to introduce and put into industrial operation several advanced solutions in the field of logistics. One of such introduced products will allow real-time display of the location of the maintenance apron equipment on the interactive map of Sheremetyevo Airport, as well as carry out operational control over it using mobile applications and receive data on its condition, up to the temperature inside the driver's cabin.

In addition, the plans of the competence center for 2018 include the implementation of Inform Software solutions for servicing transit baggage, handling passenger complaints and planning the work of personnel performing maintenance of the Aeroflot fleet.
