2017: Creation of Inform Competence Center in Russia

On October 5, 2017, Integro Technologies announced the conclusion of an agreement with the German software manufacturer Inform Software, specializing in the development of optimization systems, to open the Competence Center for Inform solutions in Russia.

According to Yuri Petrov, CEO of Integro Technologies, the goal of creating the center is, first of all, to further involve the vendor in maintaining and developing projects among current customers, primarily in the civil aviation segment. In addition, the opening of the center will create a launch pad for the implementation of Inform solutions in Russia in global terms. In this case, the Competence Center serves as a kind of platform for the implementation of communications with companies from various sectors of the economy interested in optimizing business processes. In particular, interaction with the center will allow customers in Russia to successfully apply Inform solutions in the field of logistics at airports and terminals, said Yuri Petrov.

The three-year partnership between Inform Software and Integro Technologies, which identified a number of customer requirements, prompted us to form an official technology consortium to create a Competence Center, "said Thomas Schmidt, Head of Aviation at Inform Software. - It is important that the center located in Russia will allow Russian customers to receive a full range of professional services for integrating Inform technologies, from pre-project business consulting to direct implementation and technical support.

As of October 2017, the competence center is preparing additional Inform Software modules for delivery to Aeroflot PJSC. In 2018, it is planned to introduce and put into commercial operation several advanced solutions in the field of logistics. One of these products will allow displaying the location of servicing apron equipment on the interactive map of Sheremetyevo Airport in real time, as well as performing operational control over it using mobile applications and obtaining data on its condition, up to the temperature inside the driver's cab.

In addition, the plans of the competence center for 2018 include the implementation of Inform Software solutions for servicing transit baggage, processing passenger complaints and planning the work of personnel performing maintenance of the Aeroflot fleet.
