Elecard was founded in 1988. Since 1995, he has been developing software for encoding, decoding, processing, transmitting and receiving video and audio in various formats.

• Elecard Multistream Player is a broadcast monitoring system that provides continuous visual and instrumental quality control of an audio/video signal with information output in multi-window mode.
• Elecard StreamEye Studio is a set of applications for professional analysis of video quality and error detection in an encoded stream to further optimize video compression and verify compliance with standards.
• Elecard StreamEye is a professional product for analyzing video quality, quickly localizing faults and checking for compliance with video standards.

2022

At the end of 2015, Elecard received the official status of a Microsoft partner.
