On December 08, 2012 PSI Logistics GmbH announced implementation of the standardized warehouse management system PSIwms in Milavitsa company.

Project Progress

At the first stage of the project trade inventories of three available warehouse complexes are integrated in the PSIwms system in the distribution center in Minsk expected 63,000 rack and 3,600 pallets. At the second stage integration of a management system for the pipeline equipment and two grading units and also the automated packaging line with a binding of weighting functions and drawings labels is provided. PSIwms completely manages process of acceptance of goods from make-to-stock production, at this PSI multistage quality control and automation of packaging and labeling of finished goods implements special requirements of the customer manufacturer of a women's underwear, in particular.

Project Results

Acceptance of goods on a warehouse covers not only products arriving directly from production lines but also goods from other sources and the countries. Management of transportation on acceptance and issue of goods is performed via the interface to the computer controlling the materialopotoki taking into account a priority of its processing at the time of distribution by grading units, faultlessness of packaging of underwear according to color and the size and also drawings labels according to requirements of target market.
