Rus Bacardi (EME WMS)

The warehouse of 20,000 sq.m under control of [EME.WMS] allows to ship on the 6th week of implementation 300,000 bottles a day! In the next two months (the season of a pica of sales comes) the volume of shipments will be brought to 700,000 bottles a day!

As always, specialists of EME managed to organize system implementation in very short time. Preliminary preparation of the database and integration was begun with SAP in June, 2013, on August 5 on Monday a system was let in a warehouse (with a stop for the weekend for carrying out inventory already into EME.WMS).

This project differs in deep integration with the accounting system of Bacardi SAP R3 corporation. In addition to standard data exchange of ASN (The Prior notice of Shipment), orders, confirmation of the actual volumes of arrival and leaving, returns, operators of SAP receive operational data on the speed of selection and readiness of orders, from SAP data on the planned machines for delivery of orders are transferred to EME.WMS, automatic mailing of reports on load of a warehouse and amounts of completed work is executed (with an interval of 3 hours).

All warehouse transactions and personnel management are executed through data collection terminals. For motivation of the main group of contractors (loaders on the warehouse equipment, sorters, storekeepers), all who works with data collection terminals, the analytical module EME.WMS EME is used. TsUP (tm). This OLAP analytics tool, well-known in the market of analytical programs, allows to see a picture of work of a warehouse from within in general, precisely calculates efficiency of each participant of process, each piece of equipment. Thanks to the Drilldaun mechanism, unique by the opportunities (drilldown is the layout of each indicator of the report on 40 attributes in consecutive and/or parallel branches up to primary elementary orders which passed through all shipping documentations), EME.TsUP gives the chance to check reliability of all data in reports. Drilldaun is applied as well to fast analysis of unclear indicators of work, without creation of new reports. However, creation of new reports in EME.TsUP, also as well as in all OLAP mechanisms, is executed in read minutes.

In a warehouse the special information display reflecting online order status information is set. The board is a part of the separate module "Board of Orders" which is integrated into a system and can be configured under specific requests of the client. Also portable module under iOS based on iPad is implemented.
