"The alternative Fud" automated work of field employees

On June 30, 2016 company CDC announced use of technology on the OPTIMUM platform for automation of work of field employees in Alternative Fud company.

Project Tasks

The Alternative Fud company in 2014 made the decision on process automation of mobile trade, pursuing the aims of fall forward and the quality level of work of field employees.

A choice was made for benefit of software products of a line of OPTIMUM developed by group CDC.

Project Results

As a result of system implementation of OPTIMUM sales representatives of Alternative Fud company increased the number of daily visits of outlets, reduced quantity of errors by transfer of orders.

Using the OPTIMUM mobile solutions supervisors of the customer set to sales representatives tasks and control their accomplishment, can control their location and movements by means of GPS monitoring. Along with system implementation collecting of merchandising information is automated and report generation time is reduced.

The project is complete less than in five months. In the project are executed:

• integration of mobile solutions with a corporate information system,
• training of 110 employees of Alternative Fud company (supervisors, merchandisers and sales representatives)
• selection of an optimal mobile equipment.
