Compass: BP-Libitum

Libitum is the application for accounting of property or warehouse.

On June 30, 2016 the Compass company announced release of the Libitum platform. It is intended for rapid development of the mobile applications intended for accounting of objects of any nature: personal and real estate, load, goods, order, asset, etc.

The application helps to control location and movement of objects. Expected profile of the main users: a wholesale company and retail, the logistic and real estate firms, the enterprises rendering the most different types of services, warehouse and transport divisions of any productions.

Use of the platform helps to reduce terms of development of final applications. Main Characteristics:

• flexible system of properties;
• possibility of creation of own templates of units of measure;
• possibility of the description of accounting items 8 types of parameters (text description, quantity and or not, physical measure, date, monetary format, color marker, barcode);
• capability of independent generation of QR codes;
• integration into mobile printers for printing of stickers with QR codes;
• built-in functions of work with barcodes;
• an opportunity to attach to the description of a photo of accounting items;
• scalability in "heavier" solutions;
• existence of previously completed, filled up reference books of measures and monetary units;
• core platformonezavisimost.

The current version of Libitum works running the Android operating system.

Earlier Pandora Sklad

Pandora Sklad, developed on the basis of the Pandora Box platform was renamed into BP-Libitum

Pandora Sklad - the client-server application with the client on the mobile device. The product provides functionality of work with delivery notes on the smartphone.

Client part Pandora Sklad is created on the Android platform and is capable to work on all devices using this platform. The application - a mobile component of a resource management system of the enterprise (any ERP).

Functionality

• acceptance of information on delivery notes and products of delivery notes;

• automatic synchronization of data with the server upon loading of delivery notes;

• the notification by means of push-notifications on arrival of new delivery notes or on changes in the list of the available delivery notes;

• helps the user to make transactions with delivery notes
  • to change the statuses of products in delivery notes, three statuses are possible
    • it is not shipped;
    • it is shipped by X of Y;
    • everything is shipped.
    • the load is redirected on Z
    • the goods are excluded

• For simplification of perception by users, color differentiation of the statuses is used. The statuses are displayed near digit of quantity of products in the delivery note.
  • displays information on delivery notes and products in the delivery note
  • allows the user to change only the status of products in the delivery note, the status of the delivery note should change implicitly;
  • uses two methods of change of the status of products in the delivery note:
    • reading of bars codes from packaging
    • manual entry of bars codes
