SUOP Academy

SUOP Academy (a management system and the consolidated control of educational process Academy) - the solution assisting system and multidimensional approach to the organization of educational process in the educational organization operating in the field of additional professional education.

The KSO company began development of an information system by request of SPBAPPO in 2011.

For June, 2016 SUOP "Academy" completely solves problems of automation of monitoring of educational processes, formations of statistical information and generation of report forms of any complexity in educational institutions of additional professional training.

SUOP "Academy" provides:

• formation and maintaining data on an organization structure of educational resources, including structural divisions, departments (centers);
• formation and maintaining data on the license directions and technical regulations of educational servants on implementation of professional educational programs;
• formation and maintaining data on leading specialists teaching activity, including regular and invited;
• formation and maintaining these educational programs offered listeners within the state task, paid educational services, accomplishment of public contracts and target programs;
• formation and maintaining data on classroom fund;
• registration of listeners and consumers of paid educational services for training in educational programs;
• providing information on educational groups and educational programs for free access to everyone;
• completing of educational groups on educational programs;
• formation of the lesson schedule of educational groups taking into account availability of teachers and classroom fund;
• formation and maintaining data on a training history of listeners, including: terms and training program, progress, including final, document on training;
• formation and maintaining base of documents on the organizations of paid educational services, preparation of documents in a format for printing on the printer;
• formation and maintaining base of documents on educational activity, preparation of documents in a format for printing on the printer;
• printing of documents about training of the set sample, formation and maintaining sheets on accounting of the issued documents on training and write-off of forms of documents.
• formation of statistic and individual reports on the educational activity, load of classroom fund rendered to paid educational services.

Versions of the description of various educational services with different financing sources, including 18 types state are provided in a system. Only within the public educational services training management of 295 groups of listeners with a total number more than 4 thousand people on 16 additional programs of occupational retraining and to 193 programs of advanced training is conducted. The archive of an information system contains information on training more than 30 thousand listeners of last years.
