The TrainingWare system is intended for creation of a unified environment of training, interaction of trainees with the teacher and among themselves, the organizations of carrying out different types of training, control of competence, holding regular trainings and certifications, automation of entrance testing.

A system is focused on the enterprises having branched structure and having a need for the organization of distance learning, the system of advanced training, remote training and also testing and certification.

The remote training center created on the basis of the TrainingWare system is performed:

  • the organization of process of distance learning in all necessary aspects;
  • operational updating of information filling of training courses and programs;
  • learning process planning, depending on individual extent of preparation and the needs for knowledge; training is individual or in groups;
  • tracking of processes of independent preparation, automatic time supervision consumed by the employee on self-training and testing;
  • interactive training and trainings;
  • creation of the developed testing system, taking into account individual characteristics.

The TrainingWare system is the modern software allowing to unroll in Internet or the Intranet networks training centers of distance learning. The training centers created using TrainingWare provide all cycle of distance learning, including:

  • registration of training courses, listeners and instructors, maintaining their personal records;
  • the publication of training materials in a different form, creation and the publication of exercises and tests;
  • accounting of progress in the form of the electronic sheet or an electronic card of the employee respectively;
  • formation and conducting the educational process synchronized on time and schedules;
  • other necessary administrator and user services and properties.

History

In April, 2011 Korporativnye Sistemy Obucheniya Ltd (enters BCC Group) integrated into the system of distance learning TrainingWare a possibility of personel assessment by the 360 degrees method.

Assessment of "360 degrees" is a data acquisition about actions of the person in real working situations and about the business qualities shown by it. Information is obtained from respondents who communicate with this person at the different levels: chief, colleagues, supplier, subordinate, clients.

The 360 degrees method is widely used for the purpose of assessment and certification of personnel, preshaping of a talent pool, detection of need for training, assessment of results of training and creation of individual development plans for employees.

The efficiency of a method directly depends on quality of the organization of process of assessment of specialists. The complexity of assessment by the 360 degrees method consists in its calendar duration, labor input of collecting and processing of results, considerable information volumes of questionnaires, need of monitoring of internal communications, the organization and carrying out other enough resource-intensive and routine transactions. The solution of this problem with the help of automation of process of assessment in TrainingWare allows to achieve the following main objectives:

  • estimate competence of personnel using a research of opinion of subordinates, colleagues and the higher management;
  • estimate adequacy of a self-assessment of the employee using comparison of its self-assessment with assessment of other members of collective;
  • carry out contrastive analysis of efficiency of personnel of the company, identify the most perspective and successful employees;
  • estimate the implemented or used systems of motivation of personnel of the company.
