Biography

Born in 1972 in the Moscow region.

He graduated from the Military Institute of Government Communications with a degree in radio communication systems and complexes and a master's degree in Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov in the direction of "management."

Almost all of Vladislav's work is connected with MTS PJSC, where he went from a technical specialist in 1998 to the position of technical director of the Moscow region in 2014.

On July 1, 2016, Vladislav Alexandrovich Medvedev worked as the technical director of MTS in the Moscow region.

2019

MGTS Executive Director - MTS Moscow Region Technical Director

In September 2019, Vladislav Medvedev became a new member of the board - executive director of MGTS PJSC. Concurrently, he is and will remain the technical director of the Moscow region of MTS PJSC. The corresponding decision was made by the board of directors (supervisory board) of MGTS.

General Director of MGTS

Since November 29, 2019, Vladislav Medvedev took the post of General Director of PJSC MGTS. This decision was made at a meeting of the Board of Directors of MGTS PJSC on November 28. As general director, Vladislav Medvedev replaced Pavel Kuznetsov, who moved from September 16, 2019 to MTS PJSC to the position of vice president - director of the Moscow region and acted as general director of MGTS PJSC concurrently.

Vladislav Medvedev also retained the position of technical director of the Moscow region of MTS PJSC.

Personnel decisions are associated with the functional association of MGTS and MTS in the Moscow region, which began in the fall of 2019, as a result of which commercial aspects of the business are transferred to MTS, and technical - to MGTS.

In August 2021, Medvedev resigned as Director General of MGTS.
