Biography

Vladimir got an education at Moscow Power Engineering Institute (the technical university).

In 2013 graduated from a magistracy majoring in "Museology and protection of objects of cultural and natural heritage. Sociocultural projects in museum practice".

In 2007 and for 2013 worked as the deputy CEO of Gruppa EPOS Ltd.

In 2007-2013 as the deputy CEO of the business technology company participated from the company in the management of more than 40 projects with the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, GIVTs MK Russian Federation and large cultural institutions among which Pushkin Museum of Fine Arts of A.S. Pushkin, Tretyakov Gallery, the State Hermitage, the Russian Museum, the Russian state library and other large cultural institutions.

Since 2012 teaches at faculty "Business-informatika" in Higher School of Economics National Research University.

For November, 2019 Vladimir Viktorovich Opredelyonov holds a position of the associate director on digital development in Pushkin Museum of Fine Arts of A.S. Pushkin. And also - the Head of the department of information technologies in the field of the culture of Faculty of business and management of school of business information science of the National research university "Higher School of Economics".

Public activity

From 2007 to 2013 - a workgroup member on preparation of the multimedia exhibition "Culture of Russia" for the APEC summit - 2012, the curator of the Tekhnomuzey exhibition and the member of Executive committee of the International festival of the museums "Intermuzey-2013". The participant of the working groups of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation concerning Goskataloga of museum fund of the Russian Federation and efficiency evaluation of cultural institutions at the Moscow Department of Culture. The active participant of industry conferences on the organization and management in museum case and in the field of culture, including the Russian committee of the Program of UNESCO "Information for all". Member of Presidium of ADIT. Board member of the Russian association of the digital humanities. Teacher of DO of the highest category.

For November, 2019 - the Member of Presidium and the chairman of the board on digital development of the museums of the Russian committee of the international union of the museums IKOM (International Council of Museums (ICOM)).
