Vehicle fleet No. 1 Special trance

The joint-stock company "Vehicle fleet No. 1 Spetstrans since  1936 renders services in the address with  waste of century St. Petersburg. Production providing the company contains about 400 units of special equipment  by means of which more than 4.3 million m ³ waste (43-45% of all mass of solid utility waste of the city) are annually exported.  JSC Vehicle Fleet No. 1 Spetstrans is available the automated complex on  sorting of waste, a modern polygon, the plant on  production of a special equipment that  allows  to sort and process waste  for the purpose of extraction of secondary material resources. In  the work specialists of the company apply modern technologies – the satellite system of tracking  special transport GLONASS/GPS, weight control and  photofixing of a status of container platforms before  loading of waste and  later that  grants the right to speak about  the high level of the organization of activity in  the company.

The company intends to implement a number of new projects on construction of the waste recycling plants, reconstruction operating and to construction of new polygons of TKO in different regions of the Russian Federation. It will allow to provide timely neutralization and waste recycling and it is essential to increase environmental safety of regions of the Russian Federation.

2016: Sberbank and "Vehicle fleet No. 1 Spetstrans signed the agreement on strategic cooperation

Sberbank considers regional investment projects in the field of processing of solid utility waste. "Vehicle fleet No. 1 Spetstrans became the first partner of bank in project implementation with solid utility waste according to schemes of the public-private partnership (PPP). It became possible after change federal ^[1], the state regulation connected with questions in the field of TKO. One of key changes is large-scale reorganization of a system of waste recycling, in particular, creation of structure of operators and regional operators according to the address with waste.
