2018: Development of the mobile application "Honey Online"
BARS Group, a subsidiary of the National Center for Informatization (part of Rostec State Corporation), in March 2018 announced the development of the Honey Online mobile application commissioned by the Ministry of Health of the Kaliningrad Region, which allows you to make an appointment with a doctor and obtain data in real time from an electronic medical card from patients' mobile devices. The application displays data stored in the medical information system (MIS) of the Kaliningrad region.
The decision "Honey online" was created within an order of the governor Kaliningrad Alikhanov's oblastiantona on increase in availability of providing medical services to the population. Now residents of the Kaliningrad region, regardless of location, can make an appointment through a mobile device, using only SNILS and a mobile phone number.
The functionality of the application allows the patient to view the list of medical organizations in which the selected profile is assisted, given their own attachment. There is also a list of organizations where you can sign up without attaching.
The list of doctors by profiles has 35 positions and is constantly replenished. The application user can view the schedule of the selected doctor, record himself, as well as configure PUSH notifications about new visits and records.
In his account, the resident sees the history of the visit. According to the results of past appointments, additional information is also available to him: doctor's recommendations, the results of laboratory tests (tests), data on prescriptions and disability sheets issued to the patient.
As of March 14, 2018, the application is available for devices on the Android platform. In the near future, the version of "Honey Online" will be released for iOS devices.
The IIA as part of the regional segment of the Unified State Information System in the Field of Health of the Kaliningrad Region (EGISZ) is used in medical organizations in the region working in the system of compulsory medical insurance. According to March 2018, 63 institutions, that is, almost 3 thousand medical workers, operate in the IIA introduced by BARS Group in the region. The system made it possible to start electronic medical records and medical histories in institutions of more than 835 thousand people - about 85% of the population (for comparison: by the end of 2013, this figure was 25%).
