On July 12, 2016 Bentley Systems, Incorporated announced the arrangement with Shell company on improvement of capital projects of the company by means of use of 4D/5D automated solutions for construction management. According to the agreement, Bentley will provide them in the form of the managed service.
The technology on the basis of the software of ProjectWise ConstructSim from Bentley will be used as a part of the ProjectVantage Shell program.
Project Tasks
The Shell company selected ProjectWise ConstructSim as a main product for construction management, safe operation and visual planning, avoiding premature mobilization and idle time; providing more effective "engineering readiness", increasing work performance on places. It optimizes reliability of schedule performance, increases security and reduces risks that leads to economy of means.
