Maxidom began migration of suppliers on legally significant e-document flow

On July 13, 2016 the Edisoft company announced transfer to legally significant electronic document management of suppliers of retail chain stores Maxidom. According to messages of the operator, working operation of the EDMS began at the end of May, 2016.

The first document which entered electronic turnover between the DIY retailer and his partners - the protocol of approval of the prices^[1]. He is assured by means of the electronic signature, it gives him the legal importance.

Multistage approval of documents is executed on the CorePlat platform. If earlier the parties spent for approval of protocols in paper form several days and even weeks, with implementation of e-document flow technology it becomes in several minutes - the CorePlat platform is simple in use.
