Softline implemented Google services in CarPrice service

Softline completed in the summer of 2016 the project on implementation of Google Apps for Work in CarPrice company. This packet of cloud services helps employees more simply and better to execute important working activities, does more convenient and more productive joint work and saves CarPrice from the risks connected with rapid growth of corporate IT infrastructure.

Need to support fast growth rates and branched geography of business of CarPrice imposed a number of specific requirements to corporate IT infrastructure and to functionality of jobs of employees. A choice was made for benefit of the Google Apps solution of for Work as in addition to a functional and reliable mail service of Gmail tools for joint work enter a standard application package.

Joint work tools in Google Apps for Work were adopted by employees of a back office of CarPrice to whose duties data collection from branches and drawing up general reports about operating activities of the company belongs. Earlier drawing up the sales statement several tens branches took the whole day and was integrated to a large number of the accompanying work. The specialist rang round all responsible for the directions, collected information, entered data in the table, and then sent this report by mail. Thanks to use of Google of Tables, the specialist of the company just creates the necessary document form, opens to it access to contractors and at once sees final data.
