The project to automate payroll and personnel accounting was completed in February 2007. "Compass" replaced the corresponding subsystem of ABS "BISquit." The Compass: Personnel Management system was selected on the recommendation of BIS (the developer of BISquit), which at that time was going to stop supporting this functionality. Licenses for the following Compass modules (MS SQL version) are used:
- Payroll calculation;
- Personnel accounting;
- Unloading to FP and MNS.
A characteristic feature of the project is that a standard solution for calculating personnel and calculating wages for banks has been introduced. As a result, the first working payroll calculation was carried out only 2 weeks after the start of implementation..
